Ruinsara Tal-Yamunotri Pass Trek

ruinsara tal trek

A fascinating trek across the Ruinsara Tal and Yamunotri Pass trails is all about bringing the open vistas of Har ki Dun valley along the Himalayan panorama. From the high Bali Pass, which is also being called as the Yamunotri Pass, the Ruinsara Tal-Ymunotri Pass Trek brings the camping bizarre by the side of the Ruinsara Tal (lake) for an outstanding experience. The unique encounter of the cultural practices and the village regions along with the meadows and shepherds of Thangi during the trekking makes the whole event a remembering experience. Besides, trekking along this region also bring a sacred chance to make a glorious visit to the holy shrine of Yamunotri which is yet another superfluous moment.

The region which is cloaked in mystery at an altitude of 3566 m brings a great challenge to the adventurers to the land of the Pandavas lying along the Fateh Parvat at the western part of Uttarkashi.  The Har Ki Dun Mountain Trekking will take you to the source of the Karmanasha stream which meets the Obragaad stream below a village named Sankri or Saur, to form the supine river which unites with the Rupin River flowing from Himachal Pradesh, at Netwar, to become the Tons River – a major tributary of the Yamuna River.
