Hi Arun,
I just wanted to say what a fantastic trip I recently had with your company! Everyone who accompanied and helped me on my trek was excellent, specifically my guide Baldev, the cook Mr. Mohan, and the driver Raju. Baldev was a super guide, he was always full of information and letting me know about special things about the areas we were passing through. Mr. Mohan was an amazing cook, and I have never eaten so well as I did on this trek! And Raju was likely the safest driver Ive met so far in India, I always felt safe in the car with him at the wheel through the mountain roads. All three gentlemen were very kind and always watched out for my safety, especially since I was a solo female trekker, and this was very comforting. Again, thank you very much for arranging my trip, and please extend my gratitude to Baldev, Mr. Mohan, and Raju, as I couldnt thank them enough when I left for Delhi today! I throughly enjoyed the Chopta Chandrisila trek and hope to do another one in the future.

Dear Arun,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your entire team, especially our guide Mr. Baldev Rana, for their outstanding endurance in making sure we return safely to Rishikesh (and to Pune via Delhi).
Even though we couldn't trek up to Kuari Pass, it has been a memorable trek which I will cherish thoroughly (and I am sure the entire team will agree).
I specially want to thank Baldev for his courage and endless endurance in making sure "Safety First" approach. He and Satish (the other guide) and the entire kitchen staff were on their toes to help us out of difficult situation we were in at Khulara.
I must say that it was unbelievable to see Baldev outside our dinning tent on the morning of 18th at 8am. He took off from the camp on 17th around 11pm to find some help (as you know one of our team member broke her leg). It was raining/pouring endlessly and the next day when we were having hot cup of tea, someone said, it will take Baldev the entire day (i.e. 18th) to find some people who can carry the injured team member. But there he was, as always with a broad smile on his face, at the stroke of 8am.
I also want to thank you for remotely managing all the lodging facilities where ever we needed them at 11th hour and of course the never ending air ticket saga!
I am sure I will definitely choose your team for future travel in Himalayas and/or north india.

Dear Arun Joshi,
I have now safely arrived back at my computer and want to thank you for the good experience we had with your organization, with Amit, the guide, Anil, the cook, Chandramani, the helper, the pony man and the driver. Even if the rain made some parts of the plan impossible to come true, we enjoyed the flexibility and suggestions we got about how else to deal with the situations.

I hope you are keeping well this winter, and getting some rest from what was probably a busy trekking season, last year.
I just wanted to say 'thank you', again, for providing for my accomodations, logistics, and guide/porter arrangements on last October's Nanda Devi Santurary trek. I truly had a fantastic experience. The trip was professionally organized. I was well-looked after by guide, Anil, and I highly recommend him for your future treks. Please relay my recommendation of him on to your senior management, and share my 'thanks' with him. You also provided for very kindly guides and a pleasant host family in Mr. Singh and his wife Sita.

Dear Arun,
This is Sara Zahendra and Karl Griswold sending greetings from the United States, where we arrived, safe and sound, about three days ago! Wow!!!! I just wanted to drop you a quick email and let you know what a wonderful time we had on our trek. I don't think I have words good enough to explain what a spectacular trek that was. The guide (Mool Raj) and the two porters (Vinad Kumar and Saun Kumar), were three of the most amazing and wonderful people we met the entire time we were in India! We cannot say enough about how great we think they are. They were kind, knowledgeable, they made us laugh, and most importantly, we felt incredibly safe while in their care. Oh yeh, and the porters made REALLY wonderful food also!!! There was nothing that they did not do perfectly!!! Send all the business you can their way and your clients will be as happy as we were with the entire situation!
