Day 1 Delhi - Kathgodam (By Train)
In the evening take AC train from Delhi – Kathgodam at 22:40 hrs. Overnight journey….
Day 2 Kathgodam - Bageshwar (190 kms/7-8 hrs)
Arrival at Kathgodam by morning, here meet our guide and drive to Bageshwar which will take 7-8 hrs. Upon arrival at Bageshwar check in to hotel. Evening free to explore the nearby area. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Bageshwar - Loharkhet - Dhakuri (2680 mts/8844 ft)
Mornings after breakfast drive to Loharkhet and from here we will start our trek up to Dhakuri. It is an 8 km trek today that takes you down into the depths of the valley and then a fair climb to Dhakuri. Dinner and overnight stay in tents/rest house.
Day 4 Dhakuri - Dwali
Today, we will be walking from Dhakuri to Dwali, whuch is again 6 to 7 hrs journey. We will be proceeding for a gradual walk through village Khati 2250m, which is famous for its reach to Sunderdunga Glacier also. Dwali is 2650m. Enjoy a night stay in camps/tents.
Day 5 Dwali - Phurkia
After breakfast in the morning, we will be walking from Dwali to Phurkia, which will take about 3 to 4 hrs. Phurkia is at a height of 3250 m.On the way, we will be walking through dense jungles of Gharwal & Kumaon Himalayas that offers an incredible experience of its own type. An overnight stay in Phurkia.
Day 6 Phurkia - Pindari Glacier + Further to BC
The day is fixed to walk from Phurkia to Pindari Glacier to further to BC. The first journey from Phurkia to Pindari Glacier will take around 3 to 4 hours while reaching BC from Pindari Glacier will take another 2 hours. The entire trekking will offer a unique experience especially to be in the company of such a massive natural body like terminal morains, erosions and huge glacial body of Pindari, which is source of Pinder River.
Day 7 Rest Day
The day is free for relax.
Day 8 Opening of Camp 1
In the morning after breakfast, we will load ferry. Further, we will be working along with porters to push load further up on ridge. We will be preceding the opening of Camp1. Enjoy an overnight stay in the camps.
Day 9 Occupying Camp 1
Today, we will be carrying our own sacks to occupy Camp I. An overnight stay in the camps.
Day 10 Opening Camp 2
Today, we will load ferry with porters and proceed towards Camp 2 site. Here, we will open Camp2 and enjoy an overnight stay.
Day 11 Occupying Camp 2
The day is free to spend quality time admiring the real nature beauty at the Camp 2.
Day 12 - Day 13: Summit Attempt
The next two days of the trip are fixed for attempting to reach the Summit.
Day 14 Back to Base Camp
Today, we will return back to the Base Camp from the Summit and enjoy a night stay at the Base Camp.
Day 15 Base camp - Dwali
In the morning after breakfast, we will proceed to return back to Dwali. Enjoy an overnight stay at in Dwali.
Day 16 Dwali - Khati - Dhakuri
Today's 19 kms trek will take 6-7 hrs. Exploring Khati is a good idea as it has some beautiful sights to offer. Dinner and overnight stay in tents/rest house.
Day 17 Dhakuri - Loharkhet - Song - Bageshwar
Trek all the way to song today 13 km, 5-6 hrs and drive back to Bageshwar. Overnight at Rest house. The trek has come to an end. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 18 Bageshwar - Kathgodam (190 kms/7-8 hrs) - Delhi
In the morning after breakfast drive to Kathgodam via Almora. On arrival transfer to railway station and board train for Delhi at 20:30 hrs. Overnight journey
Day 19 Delhi Departure
Transfer to International/Domestic Airport Delhi to catch flight for onward destination according to your flight schedule.
